Context.
An annual international gathering focused on global health innovation, held in Dakar for the first time. International attendees gathered over four days, including researchers, scientists, policymakers, funders and entrepreneurs. A New York event production agency appointed Neptune to provide all on-site hospitality and support staff.
Our role.
Production office management, printing, deliveries and logistics with a dedicated vehicle. Production assistants prepared and checked rooms and equipment. Registration hosts welcomed and registered guests using event software. Cloakroom and luggage staff handled collection, labelling and return. The teams were fully bilingual in French and English.
