Your information

Information sent through our forms is used to respond to your request or consider your application. It is not sold to third parties. Candidate photographs and CVs are kept in a private space accessible only to authorised staff. A candidate profile may be shown to clients only with the candidate's agreement, given through the Apply form consent box. Contact details are not shared.

Service providers

We use technical service providers for website hosting, the database and email delivery. They process data only on our behalf.

Retention and rights

Application data is kept for a maximum of 24 months. Quote, contact and training requests are kept for a maximum of 3 years. To request access, correction or deletion, or to object to the processing of your data, write to contact@agenceneptune.com. You may lodge a complaint with Senegal's Commission de Protection des Données Personnelles (CDP), under law no. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008.

Cookies

The site does not use its own advertising cookies. Technical data needed to operate it may be processed. The Google Maps map on the Contact page may set Google cookies. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure site traffic. These cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
