Event hosts and hostesses

Our hosts and hostesses look after your guests from arrival to departure. They handle registration, badges, queues and seating. Speakers, VIPs, cloakroom, drinks receptions, official dinners: every moment is covered.

Conferences, trade shows, forums, launches or galas: we adapt staff numbers, profiles and languages to each occasion. On request, everyone speaks French and English.

Every team member completes initial training, then support on assignments. Before your event, all receive the programme, venue plan and instructions. On the day, an agency supervisor leads on site.

The team wears the Neptune wardrobe. An outfit in your colours is also possible.
